MSC motor-starters with tool-less plug connection

This provides a simple electrical and mechanical connection, cutting time and costs on wiring and fitting.

Tool-less plug connection – the simplicity of it!

The motor-starter comprises a PKZM0 motor-protective circuit-breaker and DILM contactor.

Both devices are mechanically interlocked via a plug-in element. The electrical connection is provided by a plug-in contact element, which utilises the unique tool-less plug connection technology. One single top-hat rail is all that is required for mounting.

Another advantage lies in the increased safety during maintenance work where removal of the electrical connector provides a visible isolating gap.
