PCC Distribution LV Switchboard – economical power distribution

A modular power distribution board for
ratings between 800A and 3200A.
Designed, engineered and manufactured in Britain to meet the needs of UK specifiers and contractors, the system’s modular design, enables easy configuration and short delivery times.
The combination of high stacking density and option of rear cable access
ensure that PCC is a really cost effective and space efficient solution.
Safety assured
As a fully Type Tested Assembly (TTA) to IEC/EN 60439 BS EN 60439-1 IEC 439-1, PCC provides flexible power distribution solutions. Not only do the busbar trunking entries make installation easier, but they are also part of the Type Tested Assembly. The system offers separation up to Form 4, Type 2, 5, and 6.
The main busbars within the switchboard are made from hard drawn copper and offer safe operation under fault conditions up to 80kA for 1 second. They come with a fully rated neutral (with the option of a double neutral for 3200A), making them suitable for IT installations and locations with high harmonic system levels.

Easy to maintain and extend
The PCC Distribution system can be easily extended at either end at a later date. The withdrawable ACB (up to 3200A 4 pole) gives easy access for general maintenance. Safety is assured during maintenance as all devices are padlockable.
