Press Release

Four-direction Functionality

[picture of RMQ Titan devices]Moeller has launched new additions to its highly popular RMQ-Titan range of control circuit devices. These include joysticks, four-way pushbuttons and selector switches, and as with the existing range combine appealing aesthetics with solid reliable functionality.

Based on a modular design concept, the new units are a natural addition to the RMQ-Titan range. Both the joystick and the pushbutton types offer four directions of motion, with each direction assigned to a different contact element.

The button provides four individual pushbutton plates which can be selected as required for different applications, and which can be labelled accordingly with laser inscription.

Both the joystick and four-way pushbutton are available as spring-return or stay-put.

The selector switch actuators also come with four positions and are available with either a rotary head or thumb-grip design. Both variants can be rotated through 360 degrees. The switch provides four On and four Off positions, with a contact element assigned to each of the eight positions.

Legend plates are also available in different designs for all operating elements. They are available blank, with direction arrows or with position numbers.

With a nearly all the range rated to IP67, 69K (IP66 minimum) together with its attractive design, the RMQ-Titan devices are seeing widespread use in applications where panel aesthetics are seen as just as important as component functionality. The range includes pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons, selector switches, key-operated actuators, emergency-stop buttons, foot & palm switches, indicator lights, potentiometers and acoustic indicators.
