XSystem I/O modules and motor starters

XSystem offers a flexible I/O system whatever your requirements. Where a tailored, compact structure with many different inputs/ouputs is needed, XI/ON is the ideal system.

On a basic block, you add rows of various electronic and supply modules to form functional units. This is of particular benefit when used in conjunction with XStart motor-starters. Should you need lots of I/O at a high signal density, then the space-optimized XI/OC system is the optimum choice.

XI/OC – compact I/O modules

Space-optimised modules for central and decentralised I/O structures can be combined with XControl in any order.
Standard CPU I/O for the entire XControl PLC range.
Application-specific configurations keep device costs to a minimum as a result of the modular design.
Simple extendibility. Up to 7 XI/OC modules can be connected directly side by side to the XControl. Further XI/OC modules are connected via CANopen Gateways.
Faster module exchange via plug-in terminations; optional screw terminals or spring-loaded terminals are also available.

XI/ON – Installation-optimised I/O modules

Direct mounting on XControl or decentralised gateway structure (PROFIBUS DP, CANopen, DeviceNet).
Fine modularity: As many I/Os as required. Direct installation without coupling relay/contactor.
During maintenance or in the event of faults: No removal of wiring required.
